Biography
Kevin Larochelle, APRN is a Family Nurse Practitioner. I did my training through Rivier University in Nashua, NH. My training included clinical rotations which were done at several practices in the valley area including White Mountain Community Health Center, Memorial Primary and Saco River Medical Group. After graduation in 2019, I provided primary care through Weeks Medical in the Whitefield,
Groveton and North Stratford, NH areas. In 2021 I transitioned to Coos County Family Health to provide primary care to the Berlin and Gorham area.
I am very excited to become part of the Cranmore Health Partners team where I hope to expand my
patient network as well as continue to provide primary and walk-in care to my patients who will
continue to follow with me.
I will be focusing on providing primary care to adults and children, ages 12 and over, as well as walk-in
care for patients of all ages. Preventative medical care and routine follow-up care for chronic medical
conditions is extremely important for long-term health and longevity. I am passionate about
approaching health holistically, working with patients to develop individualized, patient-centered goals
and plans of care. I will be attending to acute concerns, injuries and illnesses as well.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. Outdoor activities including
hiking, kayaking and fishing are a few of the many things we love to do together.
